QMQ 08: Maryland Block

Maryland is famous for the Chesapeake Bay with its blue crabs and tall ships, so it seemed like a natural fit to use a boat for the state block. 

In the PDF pattern for this block,  I’ll show you how to make the half-square triangles (HSTs) four at a time.
